Personal, divine guidance according to your soul's desires and requirements, to recover your authentic self for deepening intimacy with yourself and all of your relationships. Energy work is incorporated.

Empowered Presence Sessions:

A unique movement practice and journey within, specific to your personal requirements, to release facial and structural restrictions for improved mobility, strength, flexibility and stability. Creating changes to compensations and movement patterns, posture and gait, via gentle movement and energy flow. Divine guidance is Incorporated for empowering your body, mind and soul to return to health and wellness.
