I took my first yoga class in 2000. I was instantly intrigued and inspired, and still am, so many years later. Early on, I realized that one day, I would become a yoga teacher. I wanted to share my passion for yoga with others. Little did I know that it would be 15 years before I was truly ready to embark on my yoga teacher training journey. It was through this journey that I learned that asana; body postures, only scratch the surface when it comes to yoga. Surprisingly, I also found myself; found the true purpose of my life. I am now at peace, I am content and feel I am finally free to be myself. I am also now a believer that everything happens for a reason and we are all connected in one way or another. My 15 year dream of becoming a yoga teacher taught me that dreams can come true, when I realized that the obstacles in your life are only yourself.
I became drawn to Reiki in 2016. I quickly realized the benefits were not just in relaxation but so much more. It was by divine intervention which led me to become a Reiki practitioner. At first, I thought it would be beneficial for myself and for my family/friends. I soon realized though that this form of healing oneself needs to be shared with many others. Reiki enables us to release that which no longer serves us, on so many levels. Once we begin to release, the changes in our lives become tremendous. My Reiki practice has shifted since I began the practice. I am working with Shakti energy in order to upgrade the chakra system, resulting in a more efficient flow of energy through the biofield. The word Shakti literally means power. Shakti, the innate power in reality, has five faces. It manifests as the power to be conscious, the power to feel ecstasy, the power of will, or desire, the power to know, and the power to act. This divine-feminine energy is powerful and yet, very gentle. I incorporate sound vibrations through music and toning. A unique experience, all in accordance with my clients' requirements. The effect has been profound in myself and in my clients. I also provide my clients with specific, divinely-guided practices, to incorporate into their daily lives. These simple but highly effective tools empower my clients to take their health, wellbeing and beyond into their own hands. If you are ready to transform your life, you have come to the right place.
Taking psychic mediumship training felt like the next natural step for me to take to allow me to aid my clients in yet another manner in their journey towards self-evolution and self-healing. I quickly learned that through helping others, I also help myself to continue to evolve and grow in my own journey.
I began practicing qigong in 2020. After a year and a half of daily practice, I decided to take qigong teacher training to bring my love of the practice to my clients. Qigong is similar to yoga in that it's an energy practice. Qi means life-force energy, gong means work (qigong is energy work). It's a movement practice mimicking the patterns of nature and animals. Like yoga, it releases energy blocks from the body, mind and soul and feels wonderful. Clients who have been practicing yoga for years have enjoyed a combination of yoga and qigong.
My practice continues to evolve. Just when I think this is all there is, another ability opens up. The more I heal myself, the more I am able to assist others. These include:
Supporting clients before, during and after medical procedures/surgeries and supporting them throughout a difficult diagnosis.
Assisting women in their prenatal and postnatal journey (before, during and following pregnancy).
Assisting clients reconnect to their sensuality and sexuality by balancing their Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies. The results are significant improvements in their relationship with themselves and loved ones.
I am grateful for each of my clients for what they are teaching me about myself, humanity and relationship to self and others. I am honored to aid others in their own journey and take pride in providing my clients with a respectful and confidential environment to facilitate their own healing/evolvement for themselves.
